REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Great knife skills
- Must be neat and organized
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must take direction well
- Must be able to think on your feet
- Must be able to handle 10-20 events per day, 18-32 during the holidays
- Must have significant knowledge of off-premise field kitchens
